For the past 20 years, Dave Ulrich has championed the human resources profession, and his commitment has resulted in the education and evaluation of hundreds of companies to improve their HR effectiveness. Dave is widely recognised as the leader in human resource management education and consulting, as well as an invaluable expert on leadership.
He was editor of Human Resource Management Journal for a decade and serves on the board of four other journals, and has published more than 100 articles, as well as authored or co-authored 12 books.
